I am delighted to announce the “Frequency Management Retreat”, 24 to 30 August, over the bank holiday, in the amazing island of Skopelos, the Mamma Mia movie island.

In this retreat we will work with the process of the intentional energy management -learning to create and maintaining the desired frequency in our daily lives. We will discuss the alchemical processes and work with daily frequency management practices. We will work with deep meditations, and cleansing of blockages that limit your experience. After this retreat, you will know the techniques and the practices that you need to have in your daily life in order to create and maintain a high frequency in your life experience no matter what is going on around you.

Moreover, we will connect with Mother Earth and the elementals for further cleansing and support, we will work with opening the heart and the higher heart that connects us with our Soul purpose, we will experience powerful Healing with the Archangels and we will have a QHHT group regression.

Along with our spiritual daily practices we will explore the beautiful Island of Skopelos, the Mamma Mia movie island. Skopelos is part of a small group of islands, Sporades, located in the Northwest Aegean Sea. They are very well known for the breathtaking nature and their stunning beaches. Lush green pine forests that stretch to magical beaches with turquoise waters, picturesque villages, fresh organic food and warm hospitality are some of the characteristics of our destination. It is a feast of beauty and nature.

We will visit the picturesque villages, and swim to the heavenly sea of Skopelos island. We will also cruise to the peaceful Alonissos island with the green landscape, the fantastic beaches, and the picturesque old town, passing by the National Marine Park of Alonissos with the rich marine life, dolphins and the rare Mediterranean Monk Seal (Monachus Monachus). We will spend a day in Skiathos island, well known for its amazing beaches, the natural ambiance, the cosmopolitan aura and the variety of restaurant, cafes and entertainment choices.

We will spend quality time connecting with Mother Earth, the Angelic Kingdom, our Divine Self, celebrating life with like-minded people.
